|
Helen Du was born in Canada and raised in St. Peters, Missouri. There, she began her dancing at the age of three. After spending many years dancing in Missouri, she moved out to California at the age of eleven. For the following years, she began to compete in the commercial dance world, and was part of Pacific Dance Elite Company under the direction of Stacey Hamada Orleans and Sam Neas. In 2019, she began to attend Orange County School of the Arts in the Ballet and Contemporary Dance Department (under the direction of Steven B. Hyde), which started her concert dance journey. At Orange County School of the Arts, she had the chance to perform in numerous shows such as Coppelia, Solar, and Don Q to name a few. She has also had the opportunity to dance for Whyteberg, Norbert de la Cruz, Spenser Theberge and many others in the industry. When Helen is not dancing, she enjoys sharing the joys of dance to other dancers while creating a fun and interactive environment.
